ARRIVAL INSRUCTIONS: We have a parking lot located on the left side of the building for your convenience. Our building has a residential style, so please enter through the front door and head upstairs. Cove Bodywork is at the top of the stairs, to the left.

As we don't have a waiting room, please enter no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please feel free to come in and use the bathroom before your session. The bathroom is situated right next to our suite with a white door. Please note that the bathroom door often remains closed even when not in use. Feel free to check the handle, as it is typically unoccupied.
